Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and a retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

Travel
Travel within 50 miles of downtown Salt Lake City is included. Events beyond this area may require an additional travel or lodging fee.
Setup & Coverage
Setup and teardown time are always included. I typically arrive 1.5–2 hours before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
Music & Requests
Your music preferences always guide the night. I welcome requests from you and your guests and curate the music to keep the dance floor full while maintaining a positive, comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Outdoor & Venue Considerations
For outdoor events, access to power and weather protection is required. I’m happy to coordinate with your venue or planner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
