God Be With You has a special place in my heart since the Tabernacle Choir sings the first verse of this hymn to everyone who attends Music and the Spoken Word in person. As a ringer with The Bells on Temple Square and The Bells At Temple Square, I have sang this song each time we perform after the live broadcast is over. My feelings are always tender as I look out over the thousands of people attending, hoping that something within the music that day has lifted them and brought them closer to God.
